Any unopened, and untampered product may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Your refund will be issued to you once Health Goals USA, receives the returned package in our facility.
Please note that once your refund is issued, it can take your bank from 5-10 business days to process and make your funds available to you. During the time frame in which your refund is pending with your bank, we have no control over the speed of your refund, and all questions must be directed at your financial institution.
Additionally, your refund will reflect the price that Health Goals USA paid for shipping. For example, if your order total is $20.00 and our shipping cost is $5.00, your refund will be in the amount of $15.00.
If your return is due to any error on our behalf, we will gladly correct your order at no additional cost to you.
